Well here she is, my gorgeous Tatiana, which incidentally means silver haired - hence the silver wig ;o)

She is a CP Vampire Dark Elf Soo from Luts. I am such a slave to Luts it's not funny!! She has been a dream doll of mine for a while now and I finally have her in my mitts. I had Luts do a custom faceup for me. It was the first time I had requested a custom faceup, they did a really great job. Her lips are a little more pink than what I asked for. I actually asked for red but who cares, she is awesome and I love her!

My new darling girl arrived today. I was so excited, it was like Christmas all over again! Of course I had to take arrival pictures, not sure why we BJD folk do this, but it seems to have become somewhat of a tradition. So without further ado meet Tatiana.

Ohh la la

Well I finally got around to doing some body blushing on Lulu a little while ago. I managed to get hold of some Mr. Super Clear and I bought some chalk pastels from the local art shop.

It was quite easy to do and lot's of fun. It definitely makes the doll look a lot more life like. I just blushed her torso, I didn't worry about her arms or legs.

I first saw the Juri sculpt not long after I had ordered Lulu my Soony. She was a limited edition that was put out by Luts at Christmas 2005. She was a free gift with orders over a certain amount of dollars (not sure how much exactly).
So I set about trying to find one for sale, I knew I wanted one with normal skintone and with the default Luts faceup. I managed to find one on eBay - thank god for eBay! LOL and the lady who was selling her was also a member on DOA so that was nice. After a few months I bought a body for her off a member on DOA - thank god for DOA also!! :o)
Her eyes came a few months after that. I waited ages on a group order for ED eyes, they were worth the wait! And so Astrid was born! I never think of my dolls as complete until they have a body and eyes.
No arrival pics this time as she came in bits and pieces, a bit of a jigsaw puzzle. She has so much personality, I love her cheeky expression.
